Consumer Guarantees definition

Consumer Guarantees means the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law;
Consumer Guarantees means the guarantees relating to the supply of goods and services to consumers provided by Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the ACL;

  • Other than as provided in these terms, Laminex New Zealand™ will have no liability to a claimant (whether in statute, contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity) in respect of any defects in the product or for any loss, damage, costs or expenses caused by the product or defects in the product, provided that nothing in this paragraph 6 or otherwise in these terms excludes or modifies any legal rights you may have, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (as applicable).

More Definitions of Consumer Guarantees

Consumer Guarantees means the consumer guarantees contained in Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Guarantees means the consumer guarantees set out in Division 1 of Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer Protection Act means the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (Cth). Critical Fault is defined in the Service Level Agreement. CSG means the Telecommunications (Customer Service Guarantee) Standard 2011 made under the Consumer Protection Act. Customer Portal means a secure site on OptiComm's website that the Customer may access.
Consumer Guarantees means the basic set of guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law available to consumers who purchase goods and services from Australian businesses.
Consumer Guarantees means the guarantees set out in Division 1 of Part 3.2 of the Australian Consumer Law;
Consumer Guarantees is as defined in the ACL.
Consumer Guarantees means the consumer guarantees which apply to the supply of products or services under: (A) the Australian Consumer Law, as amended from time to time, or other similar legislation of a state or territory of Australia; and (B) the New Zealand Consumer Law or other similar legislation.
