Construction Progress Report definition

Construction Progress Report means a report prepared by the Construction Consultant in a form which is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent describing the progress of construction of the Expansion Project, which report shall include an analysis and comparison of the progress of construction to the Budget.
Construction Progress Report the report of the Borrower required to be delivered pursuant to Section 10.2(a) of the Project Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Construction Progress Report

Construction Progress Report has the meaning specified in Section 9.01(a).
Construction Progress Report means a construction progress report prepared quarterly by the Clean Line Entities, which shall include: (a) a reasonably detailed assessment of the progress of construction to date in comparison with the Project Plans then in effect for such quarterly period (along with an explanation of material delays, if any) and the expected progress of construction; (b) contingencies used or reasonably expected to be used to pay Construction Costs; (c) any events that have occurred or are reasonably expected to occur that would materially affect the construction schedule; (d) a description and explanation of any Events of Loss that have occurred and (e) material disputes or Actions between any Clean Line Entity and any other Person.
Construction Progress Report means a progress report in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Construction Progress Report means a report to be submitted by the Company to the Administrative Agent no later than fifteen days prior to the applicable Borrowing Date in relation to Construction Loans, or prior to a proposed Equity Withdrawal under Section 4.5, providing (a) an assessment by the Company of the overall construction progress and cost of the Project since the date of the last such report and since the Closing Date, together with an assessment of how such progress and cost compare to the Plan of Work, the Project Timetable and the Project Budget (including, without limitation, the Additional Borrowing Amount), (b) a detailed description of any and all material problems (including, but not limited to, actual and anticipated cost overruns or delays, if any) encountered or anticipated in connection with the Project since the date of the last such report, together with an assessment of any impact of any such problems on the Plan of Work, the Project Timetable and the Project Budget, (c) a detailed description of the proposed solutions to the problems referred to in clause (b) above, (d) a statement as to the anticipated delivery dates of major equipment or Supplies for the Project, together with an assessment of how such delivery dates will impact the Project Timetable and (e) an analysis of such other matters relating to the Project as the Administrative Agent or the Independent Engineer shall request.
Construction Progress Report means a construction progress report in the form of Annex 19 (Construction Progress Report Form) to the CTA* delivered by the Issuer in respect of the then current construction status of the Project.
