Construction Completion Guaranty means that certain Third Mezzanine Construction Guaranty of Completion, dated as of May 30, 2008, from Guarantors in favor of Lender, as modified and ratified by the First Loan Document Modification Agreement and the First Guaranty Modification Agreement, and as the same hereafter may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
