The Department for Communities and Local Government in its letter dated 23 November 2016 confirmed that the Constituent Authorities have been granted permission for each Constituent Authority to continue to collaborate with every other Constituent Authority to form a pool of assets in respect of each of their respective funds under the LGPS.
