Terms used in this opinion in respect of the Convention (whether or not capitalised) and not otherwise defined in this opinion shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Consolidated Text or the Regulations issued by the Supervisory Authority for the International Registry pursuant to Article 27 of the Consolidated Text (the Regulations).
