Consideration Amount means the procuring agency shall make payment to the Service Provider after deducting all applicable taxes in consideration of the services rendered to be performed by the Service Provider under the contract.

More Definitions of Consideration Amount

Consideration Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
