Consents definition

Consents means all filings and all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, authorizations, qualifications and orders of governmental authorities and other third parties, domestic or foreign, necessary to carry on any Borrower's business, including, without limitation, any Consents required under all applicable federal, state or other applicable law.
Consents means any consents, waivers or approvals from, or notification requirements to, any Person other than a member of either Group.

Examples of Consents in a sentence

  • Any fees, expenses or extra costs incurred in connection with obtaining any such Consents shall be paid by the Service Recipient, and the Service Recipient shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide assistance as necessary in obtaining such Consents.

  • To the extent the foregoing applies to any Contracts (other than Shared Contracts, which shall be governed solely by Section 2.2(d)) to be assigned for which any necessary Consents are not received prior to the Effective Time, the treatment of such Contracts shall also be subject to Section 2.9 and Section 2.10, to the extent applicable.
