Consent Fees definition

Consent Fees. With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all fees actually paid by a Mortgagor with respect to any consent or approval (or review thereof) required or requested pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents that does not involve a modification evidenced by a signed writing, assumption, extension, waiver or amendment of the terms of the Loan Documents.
Consent Fees means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), A/B Whole Loan or Loan Pair, any and all fees actually paid by a Mortgagor with respect to any consent or approval required pursuant to the terms of the related loan documents that does not involve a restructuring, modification, assumption, extension, waiver or amendment of the terms of such Mortgage Loan documents.
Consent Fees. Any fees payable in connection with any request by the Borrower for lender consent pursuant to the express terms of the Mortgage Loan Documents; provided that Consent Fees shall not include fees payable in connection with a consent to a modification, extension, waiver or amendment of any term of the Mortgage Loan Documents.
