Where required in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) the Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformity (CofC) in accordance with Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) and any applicable Quality Plan.

The Seller shall, at its expense, deliver to the Purchaser, on or before the transfer date, a Certificate of Conformity issued by an authorised person as defined in the Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 made by the Minister of Labour under section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, to the effect that the gas installation on the property conforms to the required health and safety standard.
The samples A and B shall be retained by the Technical Service until the entire Conformity of Production process is finished.
