These imbalances will reflect the difference between the aggregate of each Network User’s Confirmed Nomination and the aggregate of each Network User’s Withdrawal Quantity from the Network.
If the Service Providers do not provide a Revised Confirmed Nomination by 22:00 hours or as soon as possible thereafter to the Shipper, the estimates set out in the Confirmed Nomination will become binding as the Confirmed Delivery Nomination and Confirmed Receipt Nominations.
