More Definitions of Confirmation Certificate

Confirmation Certificate means a certificate signed by a member of the management board (in Danish: direk- tion) and the chairman of the board of directors (in Danish: bestyrelse) of the Issuer and addressed to the Agent confirming that each of the matters referred to in (a), (b) and (c) of the definition of Effective Date has occurred.
