Condominium Map definition

Condominium Map means the plans for the Project which are filed or to be filed in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii, as they may be amended from time to time.
Condominium Map means, however denominated, a map or plan of the condominium property regime containing the information required by section 514B-33.
Condominium Map means the plat provided to BNP Paribas Leasing Corporation (“BNPPLC”) by Network Appliance, Inc. (“NAI”) attached to and made a part of this Exhibit. (The Condominium Map has also been filed in the Book of Maps CM2007, Page 444A1, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.)

Condominium Map means Condominium Map No. 5677 for the Project filed at the Bureau, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Condominium Map means Condominium Map No. 2304, which sets forth the layout, location, floor plans, elevations, dimensions, and unit numbers of the Units, the name of the Project, the location, floor plans and elevations of the other buildings, if any, the general location and layout of common elements, and the location and identification of parking stalls, storage areas, recreational areas, lanais, courtyards, and said land areas.
Condominium Map means a map or plan of the building or buildings containing the information required by section -33.
Condominium Map means that part of a declaration that depicts all or any portion of a common interest community in three dimensions, is executed by a person that is authorized by Title 38, C.R.S. to execute a declaration relating to the common interest community, and is recorded in the real estate records in every county in which any portion of the common interest community is located. Condominium Map means collectively, Condominium Map No. 2500 filed in the Office and Condominium Map No. 6225 recorded at the Bureau for the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Condominium Map means Condominium Map No. 6022, which may be amended from time to time.
