Concurrent User definition

Concurrent User means a person that has accessed the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.
Concurrent User means an end user authorized by You to access and use the Server Software or a non-human operated Device configured by or for You to access and use the Server Software.
Concurrent User licenses means that access to the Software at any given moment will be limited to the maximum number of concurrent Authorized Users for whom licenses have been validly acquired under this Agreement.

Examples of Concurrent User in a sentence

  • If the Product is licensed on a Concurrent User basis, then the Product may be installed and used on multiple machines for access by multiple users provided that at any given time the maximum number of Concurrent Users accessing or using the Product may not exceed the number of Concurrent Users identified in the Order.

  • A “Concurrent User” is a single individual making use of or accessing the Product under a Concurrent User License model and will be deemed a “Concurrent User” at all times while such use or access is occurring.
