Concession Term definition

Concession Term means, in respect of Airport Premises/Terminal, a period as specified in relevant clause of this manual, commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.
Concession Term means, a period of Five (05) years, commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.
Concession Term means, a period of Seven (07) years commencing from the Concession Fee Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.

Examples of Concession Term in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this agreement, Parties agree that during the Concession Term, in the event the Authority opts to transfer its rights such as operation, maintenance, development etc.

More Definitions of Concession Term

Concession Term means, a period of Three (03) years, commencing on the License Commencement Date for the locations handed over at the first instance, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.

Concession Term means from October 1, 2012 herein referred to as “The Lease Term” terminating at 12:00 midnight on September 30, 2014, subject to earlier termination pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement.
