Concession Services definition

Concession Services means vending machines, coin-operated laundry equipment, rental golf carts, ice vending equipment, catered food service and food refreshments sold by others at facilities accommodating civic, social, cultural, sporting or other entertainment or business events.
Concession Services shall refer to the preparation and sale of all food and beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages served or sold from permanent or portable concession stands or roving vendors to individual customers at the Facility. These items include, but are not limited to, sodas, hot dogs, popcorn, candy bars, hot and cold sandwiches, potato chips and pretzels, and all beverages, including Alcoholic Beverages to the extent permitted hereby.
Concession Services means those services undertaken by the Provider which are set out in Schedule 1 (Concession Services Requirements). Provider means Capita. Risk Model means the model, process or algorithm used to determine a Business’s Risk Rating, and subsequently the Risk Category that applies to them. It is used to assist in the selection of Gas Work to Inspect. SCA means the Services Concession Agreement between HSE and Capita for the operation of the Gas Safe Register for the term 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024.

More Definitions of Concession Services

Concession Services means the services listed in Schedule 2.2 (List of Concession Services) as the Operator may provide or operate from time to time, including any of such services as the Operator may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Concession Services means the sale of food, beverages and refreshments (other than spirituous, fermented or intoxicating liquids).
Concession Services means those Services relating to: a) the capture and transformation of items of secondary legislation for which the Contractor's fees are chargeable directly to the Sponsor Department;b) supply of electronic data and printed copies of the publications for which the Contractor's fees are chargeable directly to customers in accordance with agreed pricing arrangements;c) any other activities undertaken by the Contractor in its capacity as the Official Publisher as may be agreed by the Parties pursuant to Schedule 14 (Additional Revenue Streams) for which the Contractor's fees are chargeable directly to the users of those services.“Confidential Information”means any information which has been designated as confidential by either Party in writing or that ought to be considered as confidential (however it is conveyed or on whatever media it is stored) including information the disclosure of which would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person, trade secrets, Intellectual Property Rights and know-how of either Party and all personal data and sensitive personal data within the meaning of the DPA. Confidential Information will not include information which:a) was public knowledge at the time of disclosure (otherwise than by breach of clause 34 (Confidential Information)); b) was in the possession of the receiving Party, without restriction as to its disclosure, before receiving it from the disclosing Party;c) is received from a third party (who lawfully acquired it) without restriction as to its disclosure; ord) is independently developed without access to the Confidential Information.“Contract”means this written agreement between the Authority and the Contractor consisting of these terms and conditions and any attached Schedules.“Contract Date”means the date on which this Contract was entered into by the Parties.“Contracting Authority”means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.“Contractor”means the person, firm or company with whom the Authority enters into this Contract.“Contract Price”means the price (exclusive of any applicable VAT), payable to the Contractor by the Authority under this Contract, as set out in Schedule 9 (Charging and Invoicing) (as amended or updated pursuant to clause 21 (Contract Price) or clause 24 (Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period), for the full and proper performance by the Contractor of its obligations under this Contract.
Concession Services means such of the Passenger Services, the Light Maintenance Services, the Station Services, the New Trains Services, the ELL Services and the Ancillary Services as the Operator may provide or operate from time to time, including any of such services as the Operator may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with this Agreement; Concession Term means the period commencing on the Start Date and ending on the Expiry Date; Concession Year means any period of 12 months during the Concession Period, beginning on 1 April and ending on 31 March, except that the first and last Concession Years may be for a period of less than 12 months and the first Concession Year shall begin on the Start Date and the last Concession Year shall end on the last day of the Concession Period;
Concession Services means food and beverage refreshments sold at Recreation Facilities that are not sold through Vending Machines.
