More Definitions of Compost Facility

Compost Facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for composting of solid waste in accordance with Chapter 3734. of the Revised Code and rules adopted thereunder. The composting facility includes the area of materials placement and any leachate management system structures.
Compost Facility means a solid waste facility which utilizes a controlled biological process of degrading non-hazardous solid waste. A facility may include materials processing and hauling equipment; structures to control drainage; and structures to collect and treat leachate; and storage areas for the incoming waste, the final products, and residual materials.
