Comply definition

Comply as used in the previous sentence includes compliance by Respondent with all applicable requirements of this Settlement, within the deadlines established under this Settlement.
Comply means, with respect to outsourced business process(es), Software, Equipment, Systems or other contract deliverables to be implemented, designed, developed, delivered, integrated, installed and/or tested by Supplier, in compliance in all material respects with the Specifications.

Comply and "compliance" means that the RFP Submission conforms to the requirements or terms of the RFP without Material Deviation;
Comply. “compliance”, and “in accordance with” means timely, full, and complete performance of each requirement, obligation, duty, condition, or warranty as stated in this Agreement. “Comply”, “compliance”, and “in accordance with” mean complete compliance in all material respects and do not mean substantial compliance, unless otherwise specifically stated.

It also refers to compliance with a schedule or plan ordered or approved by a 482 court of competent jurisdiction, the Environmental Protection Agency, or an air or water 483 pollution control agency in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act or 484 Clean Water Act and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
