Compliant Bid definition

Compliant Bid means a Bid that meets the terms and conditions of the Bid Solicitation and this By-law;

Examples of Compliant Bid in a sentence

  • Where a vendor has the Lowest Compliant Bid to a RFT or RFP or has the successful Bid in accordance with the evaluation methodology set out in a RFP, which Bid has been rejected due to the vendor’s failure to initial a legible change such as an erasure, strike out, white out, cross out or overwriting, within one business day of the City’s request, the vendor shall also be banned from competing for or being awarded any City Contract for a period of one year.

  • The Re-Bidding Process Monitor will not disclose Confidential Information to Project Co or the Senior Lenders or take any action which might materially delay or interfere with the Re-Bidding Process but will be entitled to advise Project Co and the Senior Lenders on whether it considers that the Authority has acted in accordance with the Re-Bidding Process and determined the Highest Compliant Bid Price.

  • As soon as practicable after receipt of the bids, the Authority will, acting reasonably, determine the Compliant Bids and will notify Project Co of the Adjusted Highest Compliant Bid Price and include in such notice the details and calculations of each component thereof.

More Definitions of Compliant Bid

Compliant Bid means a bid which correctly and completely responds to all of the requirements that are considered mandatory or important in effect or meaning; as outlined in the bid documents and that the bidder is deemed to be fully capable, technically and financially.
Compliant Bid means a tender, proposal or quotation that meets all the mandatory requirements stipulated in the clearly request document and on the form of tender or proposal. Care should be taken to ensure the mandatory requirements are truly critical to the specific procurement and that language clarifies how non-compliant bids will be handled. (Also see Section 14i)
