Compliance Information definition

Compliance Information means, with respect to any Compliance Party, the information customarily requested from similarly situated trading counterparties by the Sleeve Provider or the ML Guarantee Provider in the ordinary course of their respective businesses (i) to comply with applicable Laws (including the USA PATRIOT Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001))) and (ii) to comply with other internal compliance requirements, in each case to the extent the same are of general application to, and established by the Sleeve Provider or the ML Guarantee Provider in the ordinary course of their respective businesses for, similarly situated trading counterparties.
Compliance Information refers to information provided by Avetta to Supplier when implementing and providing the Avetta Services, including but not limited to information on regulations, interpretation of regulations, compliance, insurance and qualifications, certifications and licenses for Employees.
Compliance Information means documentation that is reasonably sufficient to demonstrate that the representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.07 would have been true and correct as of the date of delivery of such documentation assuming the Closing had occurred on such date of delivery and an officer's certificate from the Acquiror Parent certifying such compliance.

Compliance Information refers to information provided by ABIS to VENDOR when implementing and providing the Software Services, including but not limited to information on regulations, interpretation of regulations, compliance, insurance and qualifications, certifications and licenses for technicians.
