Compliance Fee definition

Compliance Fee means a fee calculated in accordance with the methodology approved by the Secretary of State under regulation 76;
Compliance Fee means a charge levied by the BCMB to the MANUFACTURER for costs associated with monitoring deficiencies related to this Agreement not covered in other fees.

  • If your Hotel is not in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, including failing to meet our quality assurance Standards or failing to complete a PIP by the required date, we may charge a Non- Compliance Fee for each month in which the non-compliance occurred or continued for one or more days, to compensate us for damage to the Brand’s reputation and for the additional work caused by your non-compliance.

  • Repeat violations will be fined as outlined in Section 9.5: Compliance Fee Schedule.

Compliance Fee means a charge by the BCMB to the CSA for costs associated with monitoring deficiencies related to this Agreement not covered in other fees.
