Compliance Certificates definition

Compliance Certificates means the certificates of the president, ----------------------- chief executive officer or chief financial or accounting officer of the Borrower submitted to the Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement, which certificates shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
