Completion Statements definition

Completion Statements means the Cash Statement, the Debt Statement, the Working Capital Statement and the EBITDA Statement;
Completion Statements has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2 of Part C of Schedule 10;
Completion Statements means the statements to be prepared and agreed or determined in accordance with schedule 5;
