Completion Documents definition

Completion Documents means the documents listed in Condition S2-19 of these Conditions of Contract;
Completion Documents means the Assignment Documents and other documentation necessary to give effect to the terms of this Agreement (a list of which is set out in Schedule 6), each in a form to be agreed between ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ and the Buyer, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed;
Completion Documents collectively means the Completion Guaranty, the Completion Agreement, each Security Document, each Interparty Agreement, each Intercreditor Agreement, each Laboratory Control Agreement, each Production Account Control Agreement, each Distributor Agreements (solely to the extent relating to the Film), each Distributor Assignment, each Delivery Schedule and each other document relating to Completion Guarantor’s rights, interests, privileges, and obligations in connection with the Film provided Completion Guarantor is a party or has consented in writing thereto.

Examples of Completion Documents in a sentence

  • DISTRICT may request such Program Completion Documents from PROGRAM SPONSOR from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement.

  • The termination or release of Completion Guarantor’s obligations under the Completion Documents shall not affect Completion Guarantor’s right to recoup Completion Sums.

  • Except as provided in Section 10.12, nothing contained in this Agreement or any of the other Completion Documents shall in any way adversely affect any rights and remedies at law or in equity that Completion Guarantor may have against Producer or any other party to the Completion Agreement.

  • If Seller has not delivered all of the Completion Documents or Buyer’s inspection reveals that the Development Work (except the Post Completion Work) is not complete as provided in this Agreement, then, within such five (5) business day period, Buyer shall deliver written notice to Seller stating with reasonable specificity the nature of the deficiencies.

  • If B▇▇▇▇ delivers written notice to Seller stating that Seller has not delivered all of the Completion Documents or that the Development Work (except the Post Completion Work) is not complete as provided in this Agreement, then the “Completion Date” shall be deemed to have occurred on the date that Buyer and Seller have reasonably agreed that Seller has corrected or fulfilled all deficiencies.

Completion Documents means the documents in the agreed terms listed in Part C of Schedule 5;
