Completed Works definition

Completed Works means, the work completed in all respects as per laid down specification drawings, approved N.I.T. and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Completed Works means anything (after it has ceased to be in the Insured’s physical possession or under the Insured’s control) manufactured or deemed to have been manufactured, constructed, grown, extracted, produced, processed, assembled, erected, installed, repaired, serviced, treated, sold, supplied (including services) or distributed by the Insured including any container (other than a Vehicle).
Completed Works means that portion of the Project Works that has been completed and delivered by the Effective Date, pursuant to the Original Project Deed as evidenced by Main Roads' records. Completed Works Payment means the Completed Works Payment under the Deed of Settlement, Amendment, and Restatement – Swan River Pedestrian Bridge Design & Construct Project Deed.

Completed Works means any and all works, equipment, machinery, spare parts, materials (construction or otherwise), labor, consultants, and other costs relating to or arising out of the Project Scope, plans and specifications and the costs of their development (and shall include, without limitation, all cranes, spares, other terminal equipment, etc., inclusive of mobilization/demobilization costs of the Project).
