Complete Bar Order definition

Complete Bar Order means the bar order, the text of which is set forth in ¶ 35 below, to be proposed to the Court as part of the Judgment, or Alternative Judgment if applicable.

More Definitions of Complete Bar Order

Complete Bar Order means the provision described in Section II.C.3(h).
