Where a Primary Bidding Party has been awarded a contract by a Client on an Eligible Project, and the Secondary Bidding Party has executed a subcontract with the Primary Bidding Party to provide Complementary Services in connection with such Eligible Project, each Party shall comply with the applicable Client’s HSE standard applicable to the operations of such Client’s suppliers on such Eligible Project.
Liability between the Parties with respect to each Party’s performance of the applicable Complementary Services relating to an Eligible Project, including knock-for-knock liability for oilfield operations, shall be set forth the subcontract to be executed between the Primary Bidding Party and the Secondary Bidding Party with respect to the applicable Eligible Project.
The BID Company agrees that it will provide the Council with any information which the Council may reasonably require in relation to the carrying out of the Standard Services and any Complementary Services in respect of which the Council is the Complementary Services Provider.
Complementary Services Agreement(s) means the agreement to be entered into on between a Complementary Service Provider and the BID Company or such further agreements as may be entered into by the BID Company for the provision of services within the BID Area which are complementary to the Standard Services.
BID Area means that area within which the BID operates shown on the plan attached hereto BID means the Business Improvement District which is managed and operated by Coventry BID Limited BID Proposal means the plan voted for by the BID Levy Payers which sets out the objectives of the BID Complementary Services (s) means services within the BID Area provided by or on behalf of Coventry BID Limited which are complementary to the Standard Services.
