Compensation Fee definition

Compensation Fee means any sum of money or other consideration (exclusive of Value Added Tax) payable by a Transferee Club to a Transferor Club upon the permanent transfer of the registration of a Contract Player or in respect of an Out of Contract Player;
Compensation Fee means any sum of money or other consideration (exclusive of Value Added Tax) payable by a Transferee Club to a Transferor Club upon the permanent transfer of the registration of an Under 24 Player in respect of whom the right of the Transferor Club to receive compensation has been retained in accordance with Regulation 67.3 or a Player refusing to be registered in The National League in accordance with Regulation 66.3.1.
Compensation Fee means the amount payable by Charterer to Owner upon early termination of the Charter by Charterer pursuant to Clause 3.6.
