Compensation Amount definition

Compensation Amount means, with respect to certain types of Auto Loan Agreements, where an Obligor has exercised the Refinance Option, an amount equivalent to the amount payable by the Obligor as the final instalment payment for such Auto Loan Agreement.

Compensation Amount has the meaning specified in Section 4.6.2.

More Definitions of Compensation Amount

Compensation Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 18.1 of this Agreement. “Customer” shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Compensation Amount means the dollar amount of compensation that each Director shall receive in the form of RSUs each year, issued under the Equity Plan. The initial Compensation Amount shall be $115,000 and may be changed from time to time by the Committee.
