Company Network definition
Company Network means collectively the Royal LePage Network and the Via Capitale Network.
Company Network means any computers, computer systems and networks of Company and Company customers. If access to Company Networks is required by Supplier, then Company shall determine the nature and extent of such access. If remote access to Company’s Networks is given to Supplier, then any and all information relating to such remote access shall be considered Company’s Confidential Information. In addition, any and all access to Company Networks shall be subject to the following:
(a) Company’s Networks will be used by Supplier solely for the Purpose;
(b) Access to Company Networks will be restricted to Supplier’s Personnel who need access in order for Supplier to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement and the Service Agreement; and no access rights will be transferred to any other individuals without the prior written consent of Company; and
(c) Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Personnel do not attempt to break any security systems related to the Company Networks, or attempt to obtain access to any programs or data beyond the scope of the access granted, in writing, by Company.
Company Network means The Home Depot’s Cardholder Data Environment and any The Home Depot network component, the compromise of which The Home Depot reasonably believes would also impact the security of the Cardholder Data Environment.

Customer acknowledge and agrees that Company does not and cannot control the flow of data to or from the Company Network or within any portion of the Internet.
More Definitions of Company Network
Company Network means the telecommunications network and the linkages between one of the following, as applicable, (i) the Customer port on the Company equipment, the Company equipment, any directly connected network maintained by any third party telecommunications service provider utilized by Company; (ii) the Customer port on the equipment maintained by any third party telecommunications service provider utilized by the Company and their network; or (iii) the Company POP and any directly connected network maintained by any third party telecommunications service provider utilized by the Company and their network. The Company Network does not include equipment located at Customer’s premises (including Company Supplied Network) whether or not provided by Company, telephone circuits or networks between a Company POP and Customer’s location, inactive POPs, or any networks, network equipment, or telephone circuits other than described above that is not owned or controlled by Company.
Company Network refers to Company’s network of Freelance Attorneys and Freelance Paralegals who provide freelance legal services to law firms and other attorneys (Hiring Attorneys).
Company Network means any Carnival-owned, operated, or controlled network component, the compromise of which would impact the security of Personal Information.
Company Network means the telecommunications system used by the Company in relation to the provision of the Services;
Company Network means Company, Company’s Affiliates and Company Partners.
Company Network means The Home Depot’s Cardholder Data Environment and any The Home Depot network component, the
Company Network. MEANS THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK AND THE LINKAGES BETWEEN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING, AS APPLICABLE, (I) THE CUSTOMER PORT ON THE COMPANY EQUIPMENT, THE COMPANY EQUIPMENT, ANY DIRECTLY CONNECTED NETWORK MAINTAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER UTILIZED BY COMPANY; (II) THE CUSTOMER PORT ON THE EQUIPMENT MAINTAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER UTILIZED BY THE COMPANY AND THEIR NETWORK; OR (III) THE COMPANY POP AND ANY DIRECTLY CONNECTED NETWORK MAINTAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER UTILIZED BY THE COMPANY AND THEIR NETWORK. THE COMPANY NETWORK DOES NOT INCLUDE EQUIPMENT LOCATED AT CUSTOMER’S PREMISES (INCLUDING COMPANY SUPPLIED NETWORK) WHETHER OR NOT PROVIDED BY COMPANY, TELEPHONE CIRCUITS OR NETWORKS BETWEEN A COMPANY POP AND CUSTOMER’S LOCATION, INACTIVE POPS, OR ANY NETWORKS, NETWORK EQUIPMENT, OR TELEPHONE CIRCUITS OTHER THAN DESCRIBED ABOVE THAT IS NOT OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY COMPANY.
