Company Knowledge definition

Company Knowledge or “knowledge of Company”— means the actual knowledge, after reasonable internal inquiry, of Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, or Xxxxx Xxxxx.
Company Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx, after reasonable inquiry of their direct reports, and the actual knowledge of Xxxx Xxxxx.
Company Knowledge or “Knowledge of the Company” (or any derivation thereof) shall mean, with respect to the Company, the actual knowledge of the individuals listed on Schedule G, after due inquiry.

More Definitions of Company Knowledge

Company Knowledge means the actual knowledge of the following officers and employees of the Company: Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx, and the knowledge that such individuals should reasonably have in the diligent exercise of their duties.
Company Knowledge means the actual awareness of a given matter by the Key Employees and Consultants or any of them.
