Company Customers definition

Company Customers means those Persons to which any Company Seller has sold any products at any time, whether or not such Person is a current customer of any of the Company Sellers.
Company Customers shall include any person or entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, any such "Customers" or "Company Customers."
Company Customers mean, during the 24-month period prior to the termination of Executive’s employment, any and all persons or entities (a) to whom or which the Company sold, solicited sales, supported, marketed, serviced, provided, or promoted Company Products, or (b) about whom or which Executive acquired Confidential Information or Trade Secrets.

Examples of Company Customers in a sentence

  • Any characteristic of Customer’s generator that degrades or otherwise compromises the quality of service provided to other Company Customers will not be permitted.

  • Use of service that interferes with another Customer’s service or that is used for any purpose other than its express intended purpose, or if a Customer or user causes or permits any signals or voltages to be transmitted over The Company’s network in such a manner as to cause a hazard or to interfere with services to other Company Customers.

  • Participant acknowledges that the relationships and goodwill that Participant develops with Company Customers as a result of Participant's employment belong to the Company.

  • When, in the Company’s sole judgment, its supply of gas is insufficient to meet the full requirements of all Company Customers on a continuing basis or upon issuance of an Order by the Commission mandating the initiation of priority- based curtailments, the Company may require each Customer to restrict their monthly consumption to a volume authorized by the Company.Base period volumes shall be used as a basis for determining each Customer’s authorized entitlement in the event of curtailment.


More Definitions of Company Customers

Company Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17.
