The Employee agrees to comply with all Employer security and access policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, the policy on Use and Protection of Company Computer Systems and Intellectual Property, the policy on Protection of Confidential Information, and Cyber Security Procedure A026 regarding Acceptable Use of Computing Resources.
During the 18 months prior to the date hereof, (i) no error or fault has occurred in or to any of the Company Computer Systems that has resulted in a material interruption to the operations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) to the Knowledge of the Company, there has been no unauthorized access to or use of any of the Company Computer Systems.
The Company Computer Systems are in all material respects adequate for the operation of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ businesses as currently conducted.
