Companion Holder. Each of the holders of the Companion Loans.

Examples of Companion Holder in a sentence
The Companion Paying Agent shall promptly provide the name and address of the Companion Holder to any party hereto or any successor Companion Holder upon written request and any such Person may, without further investigation, conclusively rely upon such information.
In no event shall the Special Servicer be obligated at any time to follow or take any alternative actions recommended by the related Companion Holder.
Notwithstanding the consultation rights of the related Companion Holder set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, the Special Servicer may make any Major Decision or take any action set forth in the Asset Status Report before the expiration of the aforementioned ten (10) Business Day period if the Special Servicer determines that immediate action with respect thereto is necessary to protect the interests of the Certificateholders and the related Companion Holder.
The Companion Paying Agent shall maintain a register (the “Companion Register”) with respect to each Serviced Companion Loan on which it will record the names and address of, and wire transfer instructions for, the Companion Holders from time to time, to the extent such information is provided in writing to it by each Companion Holder.
In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, shall deliver reports and notices to the related Companion Holder as required under the Intercreditor Agreement.
