Community Sewer System definition

Community Sewer System means a sanitary sewer or a system of sewage disposal works which is owned, operated and maintained by the District.

More Definitions of Community Sewer System

Community Sewer System means a common sewer collection, conveyance, and treatment system serving more than one lot, directly controlled by an individual or community association duly authorized by those served (i.e., IWDS permittee) to undertake the responsibility of control and operation of the system.
