Community Development Plan definition

Community Development Plan means each multi-year development plan for a Participating Kelurahan prepared by a BKM in accordance the procedures and criteria set out in the Project Manual and “Community Development Plans” means more than one Community Development Plan.
Community Development Plan or “CDP” means a plan prepared by the CDC of a District or Town (as hereinafter defined) in the territory of the Recipient and outlining potential development activities for the District or Town (as hereinafter defined);
Community Development Plan means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for the redevelopment and renewal of a blighted area, which plan shall conform to the general plan for the municipality, and shall be sufficiently complete to indicate such land acquisition, demolition, and removal of structures, redevelopment, improvements, and rehabilitation as may be proposed to be carried out in such blighted area, zoning, and any planning changes, land uses, maximum densities, and building requirements.

More Definitions of Community Development Plan

Community Development Plan means the City of Gresham Comprehensive Plan and its implementing ordinances, policies, and standards. The terms Community Development Plan and Comprehensive Plan are used interchangeably.
