Communications License definition

Communications License means any license, authorization, approval, order, consent or permit issued or granted by any Governmental Authority pursuant to Communications Laws.
Communications License means any local telecommunications, long distance telecommunications, or other license, permit, consent, certificate of compliance, franchise, approval, waiver or authorization granted or issued by the FCC or other applicable federal Governmental Authority pertaining to the provision of Broadband Services, including any of the foregoing authorizing or permitting the acquisition, construction or operation of any Interactive Broadband Network.
Communications License means any license, authorization, certification, waiver or permit required from the FCC, any PSC, any Franchising Authority or any other relevant Governmental Authority acting under applicable law or regulations pertaining to or regulating the Telecommunications Business of the Credit Parties, including any FCC License, any PSC Authorization and any Franchise.

Communications License means any license for the provision of CLEC ---------------------- telephony service, and any other license, permit, consent, certificate of compliance, franchise, approval, waiver or authorization granted or issued by FCC or other applicable Governmental Authority, including, without limitation, any PUC, each of the foregoing authorizing or permitting the acquisition, construction or operation of Network Facilities or any other system for the provision of CLEC telephony service.
Communications License. Any license, permit, approval, finding of suitability or other authorization issued by a federal, state or local governmental entity or regulatory agency to operate, carry on or provide voice, data, video and/or other communication services to business and consumers on the Leased Property, or required by any Communications Regulation. Communications Regulation(s): Any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, policies, orders, codes, decrees or judgments, and Communications License conditions or restrictions, as amended from time to time, now or hereafter in effect or promulgated, pertaining to the operation, control, maintenance, Capital Improvement of a Communications Facility or the conduct of a person or entity holding a Communications License, including, without limitation, any requirements imposed by a regulatory agency, commission, board or other governmental body pursuant to the jurisdiction and authority granted to it under applicable law.
Communications License or "Communications Licenses" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.9(a).

Communications License any Governmental Authorization granted by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act, or by any other Governmental Authority pursuant to Communications Laws, to a Borrower or any other Group Member or assigned or transferred to a Borrower or any other Group Member pursuant to Communications Laws, including the Communications Licenses listed on Schedule 5.23(b).
