Communication Tower definition

Communication Tower means any tower, pole, structure, facility or equipment used for providing telecommunication services or as part of network facilities for telecommunications or for the transmission or reception of radio, television or satellite signals, broadcast or other media of communications;
Communication Tower means a structure for transmitting or receiving television, radio, telephone, internet or other electronic communications which may be regulated by Industry Canada.
Communication Tower means a structure designed to support antennas for telecommunications and broadcasting and may include television, cellular phone, or wireless internet or radio signals. Communication Tower or “Tower” means the same thing as wireless communications support structure, except where the context of the usage of the term is clearly applicable to only a tower type of support structure.
