Common Stock Option definition

Common Stock Option means the investment option available under Section 5.3(b)(i) with respect to a Participant’s election to defer cash compensation that is deemed to invest in Common Stock as set forth therein.
Common Stock Option means an option to purchase Common Stock granted pursuant to the Incentive Plan.
Common Stock Option means any right, option, warrant or other security that is convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, shares of Common Stock.

Common Stock Option. For each $1,000 principal amount of Existing Convertible Notes exchanged pursuant to the Common Stock Option, the Company shall issue an Exchanging Convertible Noteholder the number of shares of Company Common Stock equal to:
