Common Representative definition

Common Representative. ’ means Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, in its capacity as representative of the holders of the Covered Bonds pursuant to Article 14 of the Covered Bonds Law in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Common Representative Appointment Agreement, having its registered office at Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester Street, London EC2N 2DB.
Common Representative means BNP Paribas Trust Corporation UK Limited, in its capacity as representative of the holders of the Covered Bonds pursuant to Article 14 of the Covered Bonds Law in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Common Representative Appointment Agreement, having its registered office at 55 Moorgate, London EC2R 6PA, United Kingdom.
Common Representative means Banco Invex, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Invex Grupo Financiero, Fiduciario, as common representative of holders of CPOs, or any other Mexican banking institution appointed by the CPO holders as their common representative in accordance with the Mexican Law of Negotiable Instruments.
