Committee Settlement definition

Committee Settlement means that certain Settlement Agreement with the Committee, which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

Committee Settlement means the Settlement Agreement attached to the Debtors’ Motion for an Order Approving Release, Settlement Agreement and Plan Support Agreement, filed on February 14, 2020 [Docket No. 222].
