Commitment Year means a twelve-month period terminating on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

Commitment Year means, for the first Commitment Year, the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2006, and for each Commitment Year thereafter, each successive period beginning on January 1 and ending twelve (12) consecutive calendar months later on December 31; provided, however, that the last Commitment Year may be for a term of less than twelve (12) months until the end of the Commitment Term.
