Commitment Warrants means the common share purchase warrants to be issued on the First Closing Date, each warrant being exercisable into one Common Share at the Commitment Warrant Exercise Price for a period of three (3) years from the First Closing Date, in the form of warrant certificate attached hereto as Exhibit 2;
