Commitment Ratios means, with respect to any Commitment, the Commitment Ratios of all of the Lenders with respect to such Commitment. The Commitment Ratios of the Lenders party to this Agreement shall be set forth in the Register.
Commitment Ratios means the percentage in which the Lenders are severally bound to make Advances of Revolving Loans to the Borrower under the Commitment, which, as of the Agreement Date, are set forth (together with dollar amounts thereof) on Schedule C-1 attached hereto.
Commitment Ratios means the percentages in which the Lenders are severally bound to fund their respective portion of Advances to the Borrower under the Commitments set forth on Schedule 7, attached hereto, (together with dollar amounts) as of the Agreement Date (and which may change from time to time in accordance with Sections 2.15 and 11.5 hereof).
Examples of Commitment Ratios in a sentence
Each Advance with respect to the Revolving Loans from the Lenders under this Agreement shall be made pro rata on the basis of their respective Revolving Commitment Ratios.
Such refundings shall be made by the Lenders in accordance with their respective Commitment Ratios and shall thereafter be reflected as Revolving Loans of the Lenders on the books and records of the Administrative Agent.
In order to remedy the foregoing, on the effective date of each Commitment Increase, the Lenders (including any New Lenders) shall reallocate the Revolving Loans owed to them among themselves so that, after giving effect thereto, the Revolving Loans will be held by the Lenders (including any New Lenders) on a pro rata basis in accordance with their respective Revolving Commitment Ratios (after giving effect to such Commitment Increase).
The SEC also noted that the issuers would not use the proceeds from the sale of the utility tokens to develop their networks or platforms.
The fee shall be payable to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders who issued a Revolving Loan Commitment in accordance with their Commitment Ratios.
More Definitions of Commitment Ratios
Commitment Ratios means the percentages in which the Lenders are severally bound to make Advances to the Borrowers, which are set forth (together with dollar amounts) on Schedule 2 hereto, calculated as ratios equal to the result of dividing each Lender’s Commitment by the Total Commitment, as the same may be adjusted from time to time as a result of a Commitment Increase or an assignment.
