Agent shall promptly notify the Loan Party Agent and the Applicable Lenders (and any additional Lender added pursuant to Section 2.1.4(e)) of the final allocation of such increase and the Facility Commitment Increase Effective Date.
The Administrator shall notify each Purchaser Agent, the Seller and the Servicer of the Administrator’s and such Committed Purchaser’s response to each request made hereunder, the amount of such increase (if any) and the related Commitment Increase Effective Date.
