Commitment Fee Period definition

Commitment Fee Period means the period from (and including) a Commitment Fee Determination Date to (but excluding) the immediately following Commitment Fee Determination Date or, if earlier, the date on which HML is appointed as Administrator in accordance with Clause 2.3 or this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Clause 13 (Termination by HML), Clause 14 (Termination by Issuer) or Clause 15 (Termination by Notice).
Commitment Fee Period means the period from and including the date hereof to the Final Maturity Date, but excluding any Commitment Unavailability Period.
Commitment Fee Period means the period from and including the Signing Date to the earliest of (a) the Maturity Date, (b) the date of termination of the Aggregate Commitments pursuant to Section 2.06, (c) the date of termination of the commitment of each Lender to make Loans and of the obligation of each L/C Issuer to make L/C Credit Extensions pursuant to Section 8.02.

Commitment Fee Period means the period commencing on (and including) the day that is five Business Days after the date of this Agreement to (and including) the earlier of (a) the Utilisation Date, and (b) the last day of the Availability Period.
