Examples of Commitment Fee Amount in a sentence
If the Company fails to be listed on any Eligible Market for a period of six (6) months or less, the Commitment Fee Amount shall be $1,000,000.
If the Company fails to be listed on any Eligible Market for a period of twelve (12) months or less but in excess of six (6) months, the Commitment Fee Amount shall be $1,250,000.
In consideration for the Investor’s execution and delivery of, and agreement to perform under this Agreement, the Company shall issue and deliver to Investor, within thirty (30) Business Days following the effectiveness of the Registration Statement, as directed by the Investor, a number of shares of Common Stock (the “Commitment Shares”) equal to the Commitment Fee Amount divided by the Commitment Fee Price.
