Commingling definition

Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, to one or more facilities or services that a requesting Telecommunications Carrier has obtained at wholesale from Qwest, or the combination of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, with one or more such facilities or services.
Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an unbundled network element, or a combination of unbundled network elements, to one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from Sprint or the combining of an unbundled network element, or a combination of unbundled network elements with one or more such facilities or services.
Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of a Network Element, or a Network Element combination, to one or more telecommunications services or facilities that Southern Telecom has obtained at wholesale from BellSouth, or the combining of a Network Element or Network Element combination with one or more such wholesale telecommunications services or facilities.

  • To the extent Verizon is required by the Federal Unbundling Rules to provide Combinations and Commingling to CLEC Party, Verizon shall provide such Combinations and Commingling in accordance with the terms, conditions and prices for such Combinations and Commingling as provided in Verizon’s PSC NY No. 10 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Combinations and Commingling, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective.

TWTC must comply with all rates, terms or conditions applicable to such wholesale Telecommunications Services or facilities. Commingle means the act of commingling.
