Commingled Inventory definition

Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Borrower) at a location owned or leased by a Borrower to the extent that such Inventory of such Borrower is not readily identifiable.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than a Borrower) at a location owned or leased by any Borrower to the extent that such Inventory of the applicable Borrower is not readily identifiable.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Loan Party that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment (as defined in Section 9-102 of the UCC), a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Loan Party) at a location owned or leased by a Loan Party to the extent that such Inventory of such Loan Party is not readily identifiable.

Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Loan Party that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Loan Party) at a location owned or leased by a Loan Party to the extent that such Inventory of such Loan Party is not readily identifiable as separate from such Inventory of such other Person.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor) at a location owned or leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor to the extent that such Inventory of the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor is not readily identifiable.

Commingled Inventory. Inventory of any Qualified Loan Party that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Qualified Loan Party) at a location owned, leased or rented by a Qualified Loan Party, but only to the extent that such Inventory of such Qualified Loan Party is not readily identifiable as separate from such Inventory of such other Person.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of a U.S. Loan Party (other than Holdings) that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than a U.S. Loan Party (other than Holdings)) at a location owned or leased by a U.S. Loan Party (other than Holdings) to the extent that such Inventory of a U.S. Loan Party (other than Holdings) is not readily identifiable.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Qualified Credit Party that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Qualified Credit Party) at a location owned or leased by a Qualified Credit Party, but only to the extent that such Inventory of such Qualified Credit Party is not readily identifiable as separate from such Inventory of such other Person.
Commingled Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower or Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor that is commingled (whether pursuant to a consignment, a toll manufacturing agreement or otherwise) with Inventory of another Person (other than another Borrower or Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor organized under the same jurisdiction of such Borrower or Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor) at a location owned or leased by a Borrower or a Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor to the extent that such Inventory of such Borrower or Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor is not readily identifiable.
