Commercial Proposal definition

Commercial Proposal means those portions of the Proposal to be submitted in Envelope One as set out in PART CFORM OF PROPOSAL;
Commercial Proposal means a set of dedicated commercial conditions provided to a given Customer which refers to Specific Conditions.

More Definitions of Commercial Proposal

Commercial Proposal means the commercial proposal prepared by Getinge and issued to the Customer.
