Commercial Paper Note definition

Commercial Paper Note has, with respect to any Warehouse Facility, the meaning specified in the related Receivables Financing Agreement.
Commercial Paper Note means a note or notes issued pursuant to the provisions of this Ordinance, having the terms and characteristics specified in Section 2.03 hereof and in the form described in Section 2.05 hereof.
Commercial Paper Note means any promissory note issued by the Purchaser having an original maturity of 270 days or less (including the date of issuance thereof).

  • No Commercial Paper Note shall be issued having a maturity date later than the earlier of (i) 270 days after its date of issuance and (ii) the day which is 17 days in advance of the Termination Date in effect on its date of issuance.

Commercial Paper Note means a promissory note having a term not exceeding 270 days.

Commercial Paper Note means any single short-term promissory note of the Lender which constitutes Commercial Paper.
